How long until I can process?

On average within a day. Once we receive your application, our system auto sends you your gateway logins with integration instructions. This works in parallel with our onboarding team completing its checks. MIDs are released instantly.

Are you a Card Acquiring Bank?

No, we are a payment gateway that provides the checkout and gateway. We integrate with many acquiring banks.

This is a fancy way of saying our gateway is integrated into many different payment methods globally and can act as a hub with intelligent routing.

What currencies do you offer processing in?

We operate in all available currencies and even market lead with our real-time currency processing without risk of movement. Please refer to MCP and/or DCC

Do you offer merchant accounts worldwide?

At the moment, we can only offer accounts to companies registered within the UK, Europe, US or Canada. However, we do have the ability to add new Acquirers.

What is the minimum volume you accept from a new client?

We do support start-up merchants and appreciate it can take time to grow a business. We would be happy to discuss this with you on a 121 basis.

What support will I have with onboarding and then processing?

Although our tech is new age, our support is old school. Every customer receives their own account manager and complete access to our operations team via telephone, ZenDesk tickets, Slack and Skype.

What is interchange?

This is the fee set by the card scheme as commission to the bank that issues your card. It’s collected with every transaction and will vary depending on card like consumer or business card.
