ZenDesk Support Portal

Published 9th July, 2019 by Stuart have launched a brand new support portal to coincide seamlessly with our newly launched website. Built on our existing ZenDesk platform, our support offering is now more flexible and user friendly than ever.

Our new support portal boasts an all new FAQ section, so that you may quickly and easily find the information that you are looking for. This is still in its infancy however the knowledge base will grow rapidly over the coming weeks.

You now have the ability to view existing support tickets via the portal, track them and comment all from the website.

All of this links with pre-existing ZenDesk tickets, so that none of your previous tickets will be lost. Functionality is also in place so that you may also submit new tickets through the portal, and keep track of all of your tickets in one user-friendly place.

You can join discussions with our team, and post up mentioning your experiences and anything that you’d like to see from us. All of this will be monitored closely by our dedicated 24/7 support team, and will be used so that we may improve our support offering even further.
