Api Authentication

Authentication to the API occurs via HTTP Basic Auth. Pass the credentials as a Base64-encoded header or as parameters in an HTTP client.

The credentials must be Base64-encoded. The following is an example of an encoded HTTP Basic Authentication header:

Authorization: Basic dGVzdF9yNnIxNGl6c3JlYms2c255b3kxajZoYnpqejF4Ym8w

Raw String format:

base64("username:password")

The credentials are defined per website. To get your credentials:

Log in to your Merchant portal.
Go to Developer settings > Website settings > API Keys.
Select the website for your integration.
Copy API key value, reset and copy API secret value for sandbox and live mode (if available).
